Hi, I'm Diana, a frontend engineer.

I started in frontend engineering, where I learned how products are actually built and what it takes to deliver quality at scale. Wanting to get closer to product thinking while staying technical, I moved into UX engineering, creating high-fidelity, production-like prototypes in the pre-AI era with complex animations and live data so teams could experience ideas before committing engineering resources. That drive for greater ownership led me into product design, where I stepped into product direction, business strategy, and stakeholder alignment to shape not just how things work, but why we're building them.

I've worked across gaming, big tech, SaaS, and logistics, which taught me how to adapt quickly and navigate very different problem spaces. I still code in side projects and prototypes to keep my skills sharp and move from concept to validation quickly. I think in a structured, technical way, but approach problems creatively, which helps me handle complexity without losing clarity.

What each role taught me

2024 — Present

This role strengthened my ability to design systems, not just features. I learned how internal tools clarity directly impacts team velocity, and how to align stakeholders around complex workflows without overcomplicating solutions.
